Mr. Gould is the President & CEO of NALC, LLC. He was one of the original founders of NALC in 2007 and has been President since mining and marketing activities of the Company began in 2008. He has 30+ years of experience in the aggregates business, and has managed both surface and underground operations and sold stone, sand & gravel for a variety of different end uses including construction, scrubber stone, agricultural, animal feed and industrial applications. Prior to the founding of NALC as a startup company, which began with a pasture and patch of woods, he worked for two large aggregates companies. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Ball State University in 1979. Mr. Gould currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Indiana Mineral Aggregates Association.
